Civic Technology For Better Communities

CivicConnect is a civic-tech platform designed to help citizens in Karachi report public issues such as garbage, electricity, water, gas, and road damage through a simple digital complaint system.

The platform supports English, Roman Urdu, and Urdu, making civic reporting easier for a wider range of citizens.

CivicConnect includes AI-assisted complaint generation, department guidance, Firebase Authentication, and Firestore-based complaint tracking to make the reporting process more structured and useful.

This project is developed as an Aptech Vision Project by Team Sufyan, Fazal, and Sana, with a focus on real-world civic problem solving, accessibility, and clean frontend engineering.
